Analog Devices ADXRS622 Gyroscope Datasheet
The ADXRS622 is a complete angular‑rate sensor (gyroscope) fabricated with Analog Devices' surface‑micromachining process. It integrates the sensing element, charge‑pump, voltage regulator and signal‑conditioning circuitry in a 7 mm × 7 mm × 3 mm BGA package, offering a 5 V single‑supply operation, temperature‑compensated output and built‑in self‑test.
Designed for automotive and industrial applications, the device provides a ratiometric RATEOUT voltage proportional to yaw rate, a temperature‑proportional voltage, and can operate over a temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C. Typical specifications include ±250°/sec full‑scale range, 6.2‑7.8 mV/°/sec sensitivity, and 2000 g shock survivability.
