Analog Devices ADP1720 High Voltage Micropower Linear Regulator Datasheet
The ADP1720 linear regulator operates from a wide input range of 4 V to 28 V and can deliver up to 50 mA of output current. It is available in fixed 3.3 V and 5.0 V versions, as well as an adjustable version that can be set between 1.225 V and 5.0 V.
Designed for low quiescent power, the device draws only 28 µA at zero load and 0.7 µA in shutdown. It features internal current‑limit and thermal‑overload protection, a logic‑controlled enable pin, and stable operation with a 1 µF ceramic output capacitor in a compact MSOP package.
