ADM660/ADM8660 is a pin compatible upgrade for the MAX660, MAX665, ICL7660 and LTC1046. It can provide input voltage inversion and double output functions with an output current of 100mA. It supports external clock input and shutdown function.

A high level on the SD pin disables the charge pump, reducing quiescent current to about 0.3 µA and turning the output voltage to 0 V.
