The ADG774 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexers with high impedance outputs. The CMOS process provides low power dissipation and high bandwidth. The ADG774 is designed to operate from a single 3 V or 5 V supply and has rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The device is available in a 20-lead TSSOP package.
