The AD8116 is a 16x16 high speed switch array from Analog Devices. It can be controlled by an 80-bit serial word and support cascading multiple AD8116s to expand to 256x256 arrays. The AD8116 has 150 Ohm output drive capability, 60 MHz 0.1 dB gain flatness, and 0.01% differential gain error.
