Analog Devices ADA4857-1/ADA4857-2 Datasheet
The ADA4857‑1 and ADA4857‑2 are ultra‑low distortion, low‑power, high‑speed voltage‑feedback operational amplifiers. They offer up to 850 MHz –3 dB bandwidth, 2800 V/µs slew rate, and operate from a 5 V to 10 V supply, making them suitable for instrumentation, ADC drivers, DAC buffers and active filters.
Both devices are available in surface‑mount packages: an 8‑lead LFCSP (3 mm × 3 mm) or SOIC for the ADA4857‑1, and a 16‑lead LFCSP (4 mm × 4 mm) for the ADA4857‑2. They support an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C and include a power‑down pin for low‑standby power consumption.
