Analog Devices ADR821/ADR827 Low Power Precision Reference and Op Amp Datasheet
The ADR821/ADR827 combines a precision voltage reference and an operational amplifier in a 10‑lead MSOP package. Both devices operate from –40 °C to +125 °C, draw less than 400 µA supply current, and provide rail‑to‑rail input and output. Two reference voltage options (1.25 V and 2.5 V) and two accuracy grades (A and B) give designers flexibility for battery‑powered instrumentation, portable medical devices, data‑acquisition systems, industrial process controls, and automotive applications.
The datasheet details electrical characteristics for the reference and the integrated op‑amp, including offset voltage, bias current, gain, noise, and power‑supply rejection. Pin configurations, functional block diagrams, absolute maximum ratings, and ordering information are also provided to aid schematic design and component selection.
