The AD8045 is a low noise, high speed operational amplifier with 3nV/√Hz ultralow distortion and 1GHz -3dB bandwidth. The device features a common mode feedback structure, wide load range and low power consumption. AD8045 is suitable for instrumentation, IF and baseband amplifiers, active filters, ADC drivers and DAC buffers etc.
The AD8045 is a unity‑gain stable voltage‑feedback op‑amp offering ultralow distortion, low noise, and a 1 GHz –3 dB bandwidth. It delivers a 1350 V/µs slew rate, 7.5 ns settling to 0.1 % and operates from a wide supply range of 3.3 V to 12 V, making it suitable for ultrasound, ATE, active filters, and ADC driver applications.
The device is available in an 8‑lead SOIC with an exposed paddle and a 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP package. The exposed paddle provides improved thermal performance and can be connected to the negative supply or left floating. The datasheet includes detailed pin descriptions, typical performance graphs, layout recommendations, and an ordering guide for both package types.
