Analog Devices AD7891 Data Acquisition System Datasheet
The AD7891 integrates an 8‑channel multiplexer, a 12‑bit ADC, a 2.5 V reference, and a track/hold amplifier on a single chip. It operates from a single 5 V supply and offers both parallel and serial interface options selectable via the MODE pin.
The device provides over‑voltage protection on each channel, low power consumption (typical 82 mW normal, 75 mW standby) and supports a variety of input voltage ranges across two model families (AD7891‑1 and AD7891‑2). Detailed specifications, timing characteristics, pin configurations and ordering information are included.
