Analog Devices AD7791 24‑Bit Sigma‑Delta ADC Datasheet
The AD7791 is a low‑power, complete analog front‑end for low‑frequency measurement applications. It features a 24‑bit sigma‑delta converter, selectable buffered or unbuffered differential input, and an internal clock that eliminates the need for an external reference.
The device operates from a 2.5 V to 5.25 V supply, offers programmable output data rates from 9.5 Hz to 120 Hz, and provides low RMS noise (1.1 µV at 9.5 Hz). It is housed in a 10‑lead MSOP package and is suited for smart transmitters, battery‑powered instruments, and sensor measurement systems.
