ANALOG DEVICES Wideband 2.5 GHz 37 dB Isolation at 1 GHz CMOS 1.65 V to 2.75 V 4:1 Mux/SP4T ADG904/ADG904-R English products handbook Rev B
The ADG904 (absorptive) and ADG904‑R (reflective) are wideband analog 4:1 multiplexers that switch one of four RF inputs to a common output. They operate from a single 1.65 V to 2.75 V CMOS/LVTTL power supply and feature on‑board control logic, eliminating the need for external circuitry. High off‑isolation (37 dB at 1 GHz) and low insertion loss (1.1 dB at 1 GHz) make them suitable for wireless communications, RF switching, antenna diversity, and digital transceiver front‑ends.
Typical specifications include a 2 GHz operating frequency range, 3 dB bandwidth up to 2.5 GHz, and low power consumption (≤1 µA). The devices are offered in 20‑lead TSSOP and 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP packages and are rated for industrial temperature operation from –40 °C to +85 °C.
