ADF4360-9 is a clock generator PLL with integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). It has a primary output frequency range of 65 MHz to 400 MHz, an auxiliary divider range from 2 to 31, and an output range from 1.1 MHz to 200 MHz. It operates on a power supply of 3.0 V to 3.6 V and has 1.8 V logic compatibility. It features a programmable output power level, a 3-wire serial interface, and a digital lock detect function. It is suitable for system clock generation, test equipment, wireless LANs, and CATV equipment.
