Analog Devices AD7814 Datasheet
The AD7814 integrates a band‑gap temperature sensor, a 10‑bit ADC and a serial interface in a compact SOT‑23 or 8‑lead MSOP package. It operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and provides temperature readings with 0.25 °C resolution over a –55 °C to +125 °C range.
The device uses an SPI‑compatible, QSPI™ or MICROWIRE™ protocol and includes a shutdown mode that reduces supply current to the sub‑µA level. Typical applications include hard‑disk drives, personal computers, office equipment, domestic appliances and process‑control systems.
