The TPS65140 and TPS65145 are compact triple‑output LCD power‑supply ICs designed for thin‑film transistor (TFT) LCD displays. They generate a positive, negative, and auxiliary 3.3 V rail from a 2.7 V‑5.8 V input and include a system power‑good output.
