Maxim MAX8563/MAX8564/MAX8564A Datasheet
The MAX8563, MAX8564 and MAX8564A are ultra‑low‑output voltage LDO controllers designed for motherboard, desktop‑laptop and graphics‑card power‑rail applications. They provide precise 0.5 V reference and independent enable control for each output channel, with a POK status signal for power‑on sequencing.
Key features include ±1% feedback adjustment, output voltage ranges of 0.5 V‑3.3 V (12 V supply) or 0.5 V‑1.8 V (5 V supply), overload and short‑circuit protection, and operation over –40 °C to +85 °C. The devices are offered in 16‑pin QSOP (MAX8563) or 10‑pin µMAX (MAX8564/MAX8564A) packages and are supported by extensive electrical specifications and typical application circuits. This manual is written in Chinese.
