71M6541D/F/G and 71M6542F/G meter IC data sheet, are the 4th generation of high-integrated single-phase meter SoCs, including: 8051 compatible MPU, low-power real-time clock (RTC) with digital compensation, flash memory and LCD driver. Adopting our Single Converter Technology® , embedded with one 22-bit Σ-Δ ADC digital temperature sensor, three or four analog inputs, digital temperature compensation, precision voltage reference and 32-bit computing engine (CE), only a few external components can support various meter designs.
