Intersil ISL6753 Datasheet
The ISL6753 is a high-performance, low-pin-count zero-voltage switching (ZVS) full-bridge PWM controller. It achieves ZVS operation by driving upper bridge FETs at a fixed 50% duty cycle while modulating lower bridge FETs with adjustable resonant switching delays. The device features low operating current, adjustable oscillator frequency up to 2MHz, internal over temperature protection, and multi-pulse suppression for low-duty-cycle operation. It is designed for ZVS full-bridge converters, telecom, datacom, and industrial power systems.
