The ADG604 is a CMOS analog multiplexer, comprising four single channels. It operates from a dual supply of ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V, or from a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The ADG604 switches one of four inputs to a common output, with fast switching times and low power consumption.

The ADG604 is a CMOS analog multiplexer, comprising four single channels. It operates from a dual supply of ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V, or from a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The ADG604 switches one of four inputs to a common output, selected by the 10-bit address decoder A1A0. The ADG604 features 1 pC charge injection (over the full signal range) and 100 pA of leakage current. Its feature list also includes: automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, typical 85Ω on resistance, fast switching times (typical power consumption of less than 0.1 μW), TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and a 14-lead TSSOP package.
