TLP227A and TLP227A-2 are Toshiba's photocoupler photo relay products. They have the function of a bi-directional switch and can replace mechanical relays in many applications. Features include: maximum peak off-state voltage of 60V, trigger LED current of 3mA, on-state current of 500mA, on-state resistance of 2Ω, isolation voltage of 2500Vrms, and UL recognition.
