Intersil HI-200/HI-201 Dual/Quad Analog Switch Data Sheet
The HI-200 and HI-201 are monolithic dual/quad SPST CMOS analog switches with fast turn‑on times (240 ns for HI‑200, 185 ns for HI‑201) and low power dissipation (15 mW at 25 °C).
