The AD8509/AD8511 are 9- and 11-channel, Muxed Input LCD Reference Buffers from Analog Devices. Their features include single-supply operation with a voltage range of 3.3 V to 6.5 V.
The AD8509 and AD8511 are CMOS LCD reference buffers designed to drive 64‑gray‑scale column drivers. Each device provides A/B inputs for selecting between two reference voltages and can source up to 300 mA per channel, making them suitable for high‑speed gamma‑correction applications. They operate from a single 3.3 V to 6.5 V supply and are stable with capacitive loads up to 1000 pF.
Both parts are offered in 48‑lead Pb‑free TSSOP and LFCSP packages and are rated for operation from –40 °C to +85 °C. The datasheet includes pin configurations, functional block diagrams, typical performance curves, and absolute maximum ratings for designers.
