Intersil ISL95710 Digitally Controlled Potentiometer Datasheet
The Intersil ISL95710 is a digitally controlled potentiometer (XDCP) that consists of a resistor array, wiper switches, a control section, and nonvolatile memory. The device features an Up/Down interface to control the wiper position, which can be stored in nonvolatile memory and recalled upon power-up. It is designed for use as a three-terminal potentiometer or a two-terminal variable resistor in industrial, automotive, and bias adjustment applications.
The ISL95710 offers 128 wiper tap points with 127 resistive elements and supports terminal voltages of +3V or +5V.
