Analog Devices AD8091/AD8092 Datasheet
The AD8091 (single) and AD8092 (dual) are low‑cost voltage‑feedback amplifiers designed for single‑supply operation from +3 V to +12 V. They provide rail‑to‑rail output swings within 25 mV of either rail and are suited for video electronics, active filters, clock buffers, and other high‑speed applications.
Key specifications include a -3 dB bandwidth of 110 MHz, a slew rate of 145 V/s, a typical settling time of 50 ns to 0.1 %, and the ability to drive 45 mA into a 0.5 V load or 50 pF capacitive loads. The devices are offered in SOIC‑8, SOT‑23‑5, and MSOP‑8 packages.
