The 15N120BD1 / 15N120CD1 is a dual IGBT+FRED device produced by IXYS. It adopts the international standard TO-247AD and TO-268 packages. This device has MOS gate driving, FRED with low IRM, and is suitable for AC motor speed control, DC servo and robot drives, DC choppers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switch-mode and resonant-mode power supplies.
