SGS-THOMSON TS271C/I/M Programmable CMOS Operational Amplifiers Datasheet
The TS271 is a low-cost, low-power single operational amplifier designed to operate with single or dual supplies. It utilizes the SGS-THOMSON silicon gate CMOS process to achieve an excellent consumption-speed ratio, making it ideal for low-consumption applications.
A key feature of this device is its externally programmable power supply via a resistor connected between pins 8 and 4 (Iset). This allows users to select the best consumption-speed trade-off. The amplifier offers very high input impedance, extremely low input currents with minimal drift over temperature, and an output voltage capable of swinging to ground.
