The EL7156 high‑performance pin driver provides three‑state operation and level‑shifting capability for ATE, burn‑in testers, IGBT and CCD drivers. It delivers up to 3.5 A peak current and can drive high‑capacitance loads while operating over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.

Available in 8‑lead PDIP and SOIC packages, the device operates from 4.5 V to 16.5 V, supports both 3 V and 5 V CMOS inputs, and includes recommended power‑supply bypassing to ensure reliable high‑speed switching.
