Intersil ICL7663S Datasheet
The ICL7663S is a low‑power, high‑efficiency positive voltage regulator that accepts 1.6 V to 16 V inputs and provides adjustable outputs from 1.3 V to 16 V. It features a 4 µA quiescent current, programmable output voltage set by two external resistors, and optional negative temperature‑coefficient output.
