Torex XC6201 Series Voltage Regulator Datasheet
The XC6201 series are highly precise, low‑power positive voltage regulators built with CMOS and laser‑trimming technology. They offer selectable output voltages from 1.3 V to 6.0 V in 0.1 V steps, feature a very low dropout voltage, and are available in ultra‑small SOT‑25, SOT‑89 and TO‑92 packages. The device includes a current‑limit circuit, driver transistor, precision reference and error amplifier.
