TOREX XC6216/XE6216Series Voltage Regulators with Stand-by Function - Input Voltage: 28V handbook
The XC6216/XE6216 series are positive voltage regulator ICs that operate from 2.0 V to 28 V input. They integrate a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limiter, thermal shutdown, phase‑compensation circuit and a driver transistor. Output voltage can be set in 100 mV steps from 2.0 V to 12 V, or up to 23 V with external resistors, and the devices include built‑in over‑current and thermal protection.
Key features include a low dropout of 300 mV at 20 mA, standby current below 0.1 µA, high accuracy (±2 %), and compatibility with low‑ESR ceramic capacitors.
