Torex XC2173 Series Crystal Oscillator Datasheet
The XC2173 series are high‑frequency, low‑power CMOS crystal oscillator ICs that integrate a crystal, divider and clock‑multiplier PLL. They support external crystals and provide selectable output frequencies via built‑in multipliers and dividers.
The devices are offered in an 8‑pin SOT‑26 mini‑mold package, feature a standby control (INH) pin with an internal pull‑up resistor, and operate from 3.3 V or 5.0 V supplies. Detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings and switching parameters are listed for each multiplier setting. This manual is written in Chinese.
