Torex GPS LNA S Parameter Simulation Data Sheet
This technical information paper provides measured S‑parameter data for four Torex GPS low‑noise amplifiers (XC2401A8167R‑G, XC2406A816UR‑G, XC2407A816UR‑G, XC2408A816UR‑G). The data are presented as log‑magnitude and phase values for input return loss (S11), power gain (S21), reverse isolation (S12) and output return loss (S22) over a frequency range from 1 GHz to 2 GHz.
