Torex XC6401 Series Dual LDO Regulators Datasheet
The XC6401 series are highly accurate, dual, low‑noise CMOS LDO voltage regulators. Each regulator’s output voltage can be set independently in 50 mV steps from 0.8 V to 5.0 V, and the devices are fully compatible with low‑ESR ceramic capacitors for improved stability.
These regulators are offered in ultra‑small SOT‑26W, USP‑6B and USP‑6C packages and feature low dropout (100 mV at 100 mA), high ripple rejection (70 dB at 1 kHz), and an EN pin that allows independent power‑off of each output. Typical applications include mobile phones, portable audio equipment, PDAs, cameras and other battery‑powered devices.
