Torex XC62RP Series Voltage Regulator Datasheet
The XC62RP series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. They are designed to be used as voltage reference sources and feature a wide output voltage range from 1.5V to 3.5V in 0.1V increments.
