Torex XC6223 Series High Speed LDO Voltage Regulator Datasheet
The XC6223 series from Torex is a high‑speed low‑dropout (LDO) voltage regulator featuring built‑in inrush current protection, current limit, short‑circuit and over‑heat protection. It supports output currents up to 300 mA, input voltages from 1.6 V to 5.5 V, and selectable output voltages between 1.2 V and 4.0 V in 0.05 V steps.
The device includes a CE pin for standby control, low‑ESR capacitor compatibility, and a low standby current of 0.1 µA. It is RoHS‑compliant and offered in several small packages such as USPQ‑4B03, USP‑4, SSOT‑24, SOT‑25 and SOT‑89‑5.

From: Torex XC6223 Series High Speed LDO Voltage Regulator Datasheet
What input voltage range does the XC6223 support?
It operates with an input voltage between 1.6 V and 5.5 V.
From: Torex XC6223 Series High Speed LDO Voltage Regulator Datasheet
What is the maximum output current of the XC6223 series?
The device can deliver up to 300 mA of continuous output current.
How does the inrush current protection work?
When the IC starts, an internal circuit limits the inrush current from the input pin to the output pin while the output capacitor charges, preventing excessive surge currents.
