Torex XC6204 LDO Regulator Datasheet
The XC6204 series from Torex are precision, low‑noise LDO regulators with selectable output voltages from 1.8 V to 6.0 V in 50 mV steps. They feature high ripple rejection, low dropout (as low as 60 mV at 30 mA), and are compatible with low‑ESR ceramic capacitors for stable operation under load transients.
The device includes an integrated current limiter with fold‑back protection, a CE ON/OFF pin, and a CE pin logic that can be configured as active‑high or active‑low with optional pull‑up/pull‑down resistors. Typical applications include mobile phones, cameras, portable AV equipment, and battery‑powered devices.
