Texas Instruments ULN2803A Darlington Transistor Array Datasheet
The ULN2803A Darlington transistor array contains eight NPN Darlington pairs with high‑voltage outputs and common‑cathode clamp diodes, suitable for relay, lamp, display, line‑driver and logic‑buffer applications. Each pair can handle up to 500 mA collector current and can be paralleled for higher current capability.
The device is rated for a collector‑emitter voltage of 50 V, input voltage up to 30 V, and operates from 5‑V TTL or CMOS logic. It is available in PDIP (20‑lead), DW (18‑lead) and other surface‑mount packages, with thermal impedance of 73.14 °C/W (DW) or 62.66 °C/W (N). Storage temperature ranges from –65 °C to 150 °C, and the recommended operating junction temperature is up to 150 °C.
