The ULN200xA and ULQ200xA families are high‑voltage, high‑current Darlington transistor arrays designed for relay, lamp, display, line‑driver and logic‑buffer applications. Each device contains seven NPN Darlington pairs with common‑cathode clamp diodes, allowing safe switching of inductive loads. Input pins include Zener protection and series resistors to limit input current for TTL or CMOS logic levels.

Key electrical parameters include a 50 V collector‑emitter rating, 500 mA peak collector current per pair, and operating temperature ranges from –20 °C to 70 °C (ULN) or –40 °C to 85 °C (ULQ). The devices are offered in multiple packages such as PDIP, SOIC, SOP, and TSSOP, with thermal impedance values ranging from 64 °C/W to 108 °C/W. The series is obsolete and no longer supplied, but the datasheet provides full mechanical and electrical details for reference.
