This document introduces the DM74ALS02 Quad 2-Input NOR Gate launched by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation in 2000. The product is a device that contains four independent gate circuits, each of which performs the logic NOR function. It features an advanced oxide-isolated, ion-implanted Schottky TTL process, is functionally and pin-for-pin compatible with Schottky and low power Schottky TTL counterparts, and has improved AC performance.
