XC6216/XE6216 series are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage
The XC6216/XE6216 series are positive‑voltage regulator ICs designed for 28 V operation. They integrate a voltage reference, error amplifier, current‑limit circuit, thermal‑shutdown circuit, phase‑compensation network and a driver transistor. Output voltage is selectable in 0.1 V steps from 2.0 V to 12.0 V (extendable to 23 V with external resistors) and feature a CE pin for standby mode, reducing power consumption to less than 0.1 µA.
The devices are offered in multiple packages (SOT‑25, SOT‑89, SOT‑89‑5, USP‑6C, SOT‑223, TO‑252, SOP‑8FD) and meet RoHS requirements. Electrical specifications include a maximum output current of over 150 mA, low ripple rejection (30 dB@1 kHz), and operation over –40 °C to +85 °C. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Maximum Output Current | More than 150 mA (200 mA limit) |
|---|---|
| Stand‑by Current | < 0.1 µA |
| Ripple Rejection | 30 dB @ 1 kHz |
| Operating Temperature | –40 °C to +85 °C |
