The XC6401 series are highly accurate, Dual, low noise, CMOS LDO voltage regulators. Performance features of the series includes low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times.
The XC6401 series are dual, low‑noise CMOS LDO voltage regulators with selectable output voltages from 0.8 V to 5.0 V in 0.05 V steps. They feature low output noise, high ripple rejection, fast turn‑on, and an EN pin that can independently shut down each regulator to save power.
The device is offered in SOT‑26W, USP‑6B and USP‑6C chip‑scale packages and is compatible with low‑ESR ceramic capacitors. Detailed pin configurations, electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings and typical application circuits are provided for designers.

The EN function allows the output of each regulator to be turned off independently, greatly reducing power consumption.
The XC6401 series is available in SOT‑26W, USP‑6B and USP‑6C chip‑scale packages.
The regulators can deliver more than 150 mA, with a maximum limit of 300 mA.
EN1 and EN2 are ON/OFF control pins; they can be configured as high‑active with pull‑down resistor, high‑active without pull‑down, low‑active with pull‑up, or low‑active without pull‑up.
