M48Z02 M48Z12 is a 16 Kbit (2Kb x 8) ZEROPOWER® SRAM with automatic power-fail control and write protection. It has unlimited write cycles and equal read and write cycle times. The M48Z02 has a power-fail deselect voltage range of 4.50V to 4.75V, while the M48Z12 has a range of 4.20V to 4.50V. It is housed in a CAPHAT DIP package with a self-contained battery.
