National Semiconductor LM7171 Feedback Amplifier Datasheet

National Semiconductor LM7171 Feedback Amplifier Datasheet

Datasheet 20 pages · 619 KB · EN

The LM7171 is a high speed voltage feedback amplifier that combines the slewing characteristics of a current feedback amplifier with traditional voltage feedback configurations. It features a very high slew rate of 4100 V/µs, a wide unity-gain bandwidth of 200 MHz, and consumes only 6.5 mA of supply current.

The device is specified for both +15V and +5V operation, making it ideal for video distribution, HDSL drivers, pulse amplifiers, and high-speed signal processing applications such as CATV and fiber optics.
