DS90C385/DS90C365 is a LVDS transmitter for Flat Panel Display (FPD) Link. It supports maximum 85MHz, and can convert 28-bit LVCMOS/LVTTL data to 4 LVDS data streams. It supports rising edge and falling edge strobe, and uses 64-ball 0.8mm pitch FBGA package, which can reduce 44% PCB area compared with TSSOP package.
