The MCP9700/9700A and MCP9701/9701A are a family of Linear Active Thermistor™ Intergrated Circuit (IC) from Microchip Technology Inc. It is an analog temperature sensor that converts temperature to analog voltage, with a wide temperature measurement range of -40°C to +125°C, high accuracy of ±2°C from 0°C to +70°C；±4°C from 0°C to +70°C, low power consumption of 6 µA, and can be used to drive large capacitive loads.
