Microchip TC426/TC427/TC428 Dual High-Speed Power MOSFET Drivers Datasheet
The TC426/TC427/TC428 are dual CMOS high-speed drivers designed for high-speed switching applications such as switch mode power supplies, pulse transformer drive, and clock line driving. These devices translate TTL/CMOS input voltage levels into rail-to-rail output voltage swings within 25mV of ground or the positive supply.
Key features include a high peak output current of 1.5A capable of swinging a 1000pF load in 30 nanoseconds, low input current (1 µA), and wide operating supply voltage ranging from 4.5V to 18V. The family includes the TC426 (inverting), TC427 (non-inverting), and TC428 (complementary) configurations.
