MICROCHIP TC1303A/TC1303B/ TC1303C/TC1304 Manual
The TC1303/TC1304 family combines a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low‑dropout regulator (LDO) in a single 10‑lead DFN or MSOP package. The integrated power‑good function provides a 300 ms delay for processor reset and can monitor the buck output, the LDO output, or both.
Typical applications include cellular phones, portable computers, USB‑powered devices, handheld medical instruments, organizers and PDAs. Electrical specifications such as efficiency, dropout voltage and protection features are listed in the DC characteristics sections.
