LM20EP Enhanced Plastic 2.4V, 10µA, SC70, micro SMD Temperature Sensor is a precision analog output CMOS integrated circuit temperature sensor produced by National Instruments Corporation. The working temperature range is -55˚C to +130˚C, and the power supply operating range is +2.4 V to +5.5 V. The output signal of the sensor is linearly related to the temperature, and the linearity of the output signal is ±1.5˚C. The power consumption is less than 10µA, and the self-heating in the static state is less than 0.02˚C.
