National Semiconductor LM78LXX Series 3-Terminal Positive Regulators Datasheet

The LM78LXX series provides a range of fixed‑output, three‑terminal positive regulators suitable for logic systems, instrumentation, Hi‑Fi and other solid‑state equipment. They are offered in TO‑92 (Z), SO‑8 (M) and 8‑bump micro‑SMD packages, delivering up to 100 mA output current with built‑in current limiting and thermal overload protection.
