The ADC081S021 is an 8-bit successive-approximation register architecture A/D converter featuring an internal track-and-hold circuit. It supports sample rates ranging from 50 ksps to 200 ksps and offers compatibility with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and common DSP serial interfaces.
The device operates on a single power supply voltage between +2.7V and +5.25V. Power consumption is optimized for low-power applications, drawing as little as 1.3 mW at +3.6V in normal mode or reducing to 2.6 pW in power-down mode using a +5.25V supply.
