National Semiconductor LMH6504 Wideband Low Power Variable Gain Amplifier Datasheet
The LMH6504 is a wideband DC coupled voltage controlled gain stage followed by a high-speed current feedback Op Amp which can directly drive a low impedance load. It features an 80 dB gain adjustment range for up to 10 MHz and power consumption of 110 mW at 150 MHz speed.
